Industrial Guard Rails

Savety offers an extensive range of guardrails to protect people, facilities/buildings, vehicles, shelving, and more from impacts. Standard guard rails are 10-gauge high-tensile steel and are rated to withstand impacts of 10,000 to 12,000 lbs at five mph (varies depending on model). Stand Guard Lite rails are rated for 5,000 lbs at five mph impacts.

These guards rails provide protection from forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, hoppers, totes, and more.

Modular Hand Rails

Handrails protect employees from falling off roofs, raised platforms, mezzanines, curbs, and any raised areas. They are easy to install and anchor, are stocked in 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft lengths (can be easily trimmed), and all variations meet OSHA standards.

Dock Gates

Dock and driveway gates provide security and entry control into and out of your facility. These gates mount to a bury bollard (which we stock) and offer a simple installation by just sliding the gate over the top of the bollard. Available widths range from 5ft to 14ft. Two gates that meet in the center can be used for wider openings.

Bollards

Savety’s steel bollard provides protection to your building from impacts and creates a barrier to vehicles. They do not need burying or filling and are available in various widths and heights.

Collision Awareness Sensors

The Savety Collision Awareness Sensors alert forklift drivers, pedestrians, and workers to dangers near blind corners. You can easily hang them in any corner plug them in with the included cord (available in 15ft to 100ft lenghts). All sensors come with remote capabilities.

Savety360 Mezzanine Gates

Savety360 provides protection by enclosing an entire area. It keeps vehicles and employees away from a mezzanine edge or pick module. They are available in various sizes, all of which meet OSHA and ANSI standards.

Pallet Racking Post Protectors

Savety Post Protectors prevent damage to the bottom parts of rack uprights and conveyor legs. They only need one anchor, come in ¼,” and ⅜” thickness and are only 4” tall.

Wall Mounted Bumper Rails

Savety Wall Mounted Bumper Rails are similar to guard rails, but they mount directly to a wall. They prevent damage while storing products near a wall. The bumper rails are made from 14 gauge steel, are available in 4 lengths, and have 16” on-center mounting holes for easy installation.

Pallet Racking Guards

Savety rack Guards are low profile protection for storage racks. They bolt directly to the floor and come in 36”, 42”, and 48” lengths. They are 5” tall to protect your rack ends along the floor.

Column Protectors

Column Protectors from Savety provide an affordable and highly visible solution to factory columns and beams in your facility. They are available in high visibility yellow, orange, or lime green with reflective straps, 6” through 12” square opening sizes, and 9” round opening sizes. No tools are required for installation; two halves attach with included straps.

Safety Gates

Safety Gates can be bolted to existing rail openings and create one-way, self-closing access that complies with current OSHA regulations. The safety gates are also available in a vertical swing option for space saving needs and ADA compliance.

Door Track Protector

Savety Door Track Protectors protect overhead door tracks from damage while placing or retrieving pallets.
