COVID-19 Return Policy

Until further notice, all COVID-19 related items, including respirators, disposable masks, face shields, goggles, Tyvek suits and coveralls, disposable gloves, hand sanitizers, sanitizing wipes, cleaning chemicals, and hand soaps are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges as long as the product is in new and resalable condition, as determined by Seller in its sole discretion, at the time of authorized return, Buyer may return the merchandise for a full refund for the item, (excluding shipping charges and 15% re-stocking fee) within 30 days of order. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to return item. Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling). Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Return items purchased by check may not be refunded for at least 14 days from original receipt allowing the original check to clear the bank. Return items purchased by credit card will be issued to the original credit card presented at the time of purchase according to return policy. Some items may not be eligible to be returned. Items marked as "Clearance" or "This item is non-cancelable and non-returnable" are non-returnable.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel the order due to a backorder, or an item not being available, you will not incur a cancellation fee.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
