Fork Truck Training and Licensing is a program designed to instruct students in the safe operation, requirements of OSHA/MIOSHA standards and procedures for Daily operation to prevent injuries and death due to unsafe use. And to test the ability at the safe operation of a fork lift.

Our instructors provide an interactive learning experience including discussion, visual and written involvement as well as demonstration and State of Michigan Examination.

The Fork Truck Training and Licensing program uses video presentations, "Hands On" Training, and group discussions to aid in the learning process. As a result, students develop confidence in their ability to respond and perform skills in an actual working environment. Training will also be done at your location. Which will allow all of your employees to be trained at once.

What's Included

Safety Source Training Fork Truck Training and Licensing is a 90 min. to 2 hour presentation and the program includes the following documentation and student recognition:
 
State of Michigan Operator Safety Skills Evaluation Examination
Wallet Fork Truck Drivers License Card Certificate
Three Year Training Certificate
State of Michigan Student Guide Booklets
Class documentation, as required by OSHA/MIOSHA and other regulatory agencies
 
PLEASE BE ADVISED: In order to complete Licensing, two segments, (Academic and driving skill demonstration, "Rodeo") this training segment includes the academic portion of Fork Truck Licensing.

All original documentation will be signed by the instructor, returned to you and should be maintained in the employee training records.
