• A custom mezzanine installation was engineered to fit precisely within existing building dimensions and accommodate current production workflows.

• Modular office systems from Porta-King were incorporated to create administrative and conference areas below and above the mezzanine deck.

• The mezzanine also included spaces for R&D, training, parts storage, and maintenance inventory.

• High-speed roll-up door enabled efficient equipment movement to/from the mezzanine.

• Fire and sound panels provided noise control in the manufacturing environment.

• Additional elements included LED lighting under work areas, wire-partitioned maintenance crib storage, custom safety railings, and a convertible third-floor training/conference area.
