The Lift Safety ACC-14K is a neck shade accessory designed to attach to most hard hats, extending sun protection to the neck while working outdoors. Its cooling-oriented fabric uses membranes that can help regulate perceived temperature, providing a more comfortable wear in hot conditions when activated. Activation is simple: submerge the fabric in cold water for 1–2 minutes, remove excess liquid, and wear. The cooling effect is intended to last for hours and can be refreshed by re-wetting as needed.
These neck shades are reusable and straightforward to maintain without specialized equipment. After activation, any surplus moisture should be squeezed away to prevent discomfort, and the fabric can be reactivated by re-submerging in cold water when the cooling benefit diminishes. The product is packaged individually, suitable for single packing scenarios, and is compatible with a wide range of hard hats thanks to its attachment design.
For practical use, this accessory targets outdoor workers who need neck protection from sun exposure and want an active cooling option during extended periods outdoors. While the description outlines the activation and reusability process, users should verify that the neck shade’s attachment method is compatible with their specific hard hat model, and follow any care instructions provided with the product to maintain performance over time.
