The Lift Safety HRXS-22WT RADIX Hard Hat Sunshade in Hi-Vis Yellow is an add-on sunshade accessory designed to extend the functionality of your RADIX safety helmet. It focuses on outdoor work where sun and visibility are factors, offering a shaded brim and reflective accents to help improve visibility in bright conditions and low light alike.
Constructed as a wide, semi-flexible sunbrim with a removable neck drape, this attachment helps reduce direct sun exposure while providing UV protection when needed. The reflective striping enhances conspicuity by reflecting light, which can improve exposure in environments where direct lighting is present and contrast is important for nearby workers or equipment operators. The design emphasizes ease of use, with simple attachment to and removal from the RADIX helmet to accommodate changing weather or job requirements.
Practical considerations include choosing this accessory for outdoor tasks where sun exposure or heat can affect comfort, and where increased visibility is beneficial during daylight and in low-light conditions. The product packaging indicates a case quantity of 20 and a per-item packaging size of "Each" to support inventory planning. While the description notes reflective visibility features, this description does not alter the base helmets standard performance expectations or certifications, and users should verify compatibility with their specific RADIX helmet model to ensure proper fit and secure attachment.
