The Vestil PDSG-1WA-009 Personal Desk Shield Guard is a compact, individual protection solution designed for crowded classroom or learning environments. Its paper-based frame and corrugated construction keep the unit lightweight and easy to handle, while a clear plastic window provides visibility and a physical barrier between the student and surrounding activity. The interior shield is sized to fit standard desk applications and helps create a personal space for students without requiring permanent mounting.
Key design features include a removable window for straightforward cleaning and sanitization, a foldable form that folds flat for compact storage when not in use, and a window attachment secured by four corner tabs to maintain the shield’s position during use. The color option listed is purple, and the unit is specified as a single-window shield with a 20" x 10" x 17.5" footprint, which helps buyers gauge whether it fits their desk configurations. Because the frame is paper-based, users should consider appropriate handling and cleaning practices to preserve the integrity of the structure over time.
Practical considerations include the ease of setup and removal, enabling rapid reconfiguration of desks in response to changing classroom layouts. The product is presented as a personal protection accessory for desks in busy spaces, rather than a room-wide barrier solution. For procurement, note the exact manufacturer part number VESPDSG-1WA-009 and the color specification Purple to match order requirements and existing decor or inventory systems.
