The Vestil PDSG-1WA-006 Personal Desk Shield Guard is a lightweight, personal protective solution designed for crowded classroom or desk-side environments. Constructed with a corrugated paper board frame, this magenta desk guard provides a clear plastic window that allows visibility while creating a physical barrier between individuals at a shared workstation. The design keeps the window removable and the frame flat-folding for compact storage when not in use, supporting easy deployment in dynamic environments such as schools or training rooms.
Key construction features include a four-corner attachment system that secures the window to the frame, enabling straightforward cleaning and sanitization with ordinary soap and water. This combination of a simple, paper-based frame and a plastic viewing panel addresses both light-duty protection and cost efficiency, making it suitable for temporary or removable desk barriers where frequent setup and takedown are expected. The unit ships as an individual package and is sized at 20" x 10" x 17.5" to fit standard desk dimensions, accommodating a single student or user per desk station.
Practically, these guards are intended for personal use at individual desktops or study spaces, enabling visual communication while adding a barrier to airborne droplets. When selecting this product, consider the desk size and arrangement of your learning or work area, as well as the need for regular cleaning of the removable window. The magenta color provides a distinct, visible shield presence that can help delineate personal space in a shared environment.
