The Vestil EH-66-50 is an electric hydraulic dock leveler designed for high-usage loading docks. It provides a simple push-button operation to raise the deck, with the lip automatically extending once the deck reaches its raised position to facilitate loading and unloading. After the operator releases the raise control, the deck settles onto the trailer, and a limit-switch keeps the platform safe in operation, returning to the level cross-traffic position when the truck departs. A red emergency stop on the control box enhances operator safety during use.
Constructed with safety-focused features, this model includes telescopic steel toe guards on both sides, flush with the platform edge to help protect personnel and equipment during dock transfers. The leveler is built for reliability in busy dock environments, with a service range of +/- 12 inches to accommodate variations in trailer heights and dock elevations. The unit is equipped for a 460V 3-Phase electrical supply, and is offered in a 50,000 lb. uniform capacity configuration, with the platform size matched to accommodate large pallets and freight.
Ideal for facilities with consistent high-volume dock activity, this leveler supports efficient pallet handling and smooth transitions between dock and trailer. When planning installation, note the specified dock dimensions, capacity rating, and service range to ensure proper fit and safe operation with your trailers. The model is sized and packaged for single-unit deployment, with the capacity explicitly rated at 50,000 lb. to handle heavy loads while maintaining controlled movement during loading and unloading.
