The Vestil EH-66-35 Electric Hydraulic Dock Leveler is designed for high-usage dock environments, delivering reliable loading and unloading efficiency with a simple push-button operation. The deck rises via hydraulic power, and as it reaches the raised position, the lip automatically extends to bridge the gap to trailers. Once the operator releases the raise control, the deck lowers to rest on the trailer bed, streamlining material transfer. An emergency stop within the control box provides immediate shutoff for safety during operation. The unit includes telescopic steel toe guards on both sides flush with the platform edge, enhancing fall protection and crew safety as equipment moves across the dock. The system automatically returns to the level cross-traffic position after the truck departs, helping maintain dock perimeter readiness.
This model is specified with a uniform capacity of 35,000 pounds and a service range above the dock of up to 12 inches, supporting a variety of trailer heights and dock configurations. The EH-66-35 is equipped with two laminated bumpers to help absorb impact and protect the dock structure and leveler during use. Intended for 460V 3-phase electrical supply, this leveler is part of Vestil’s line of low-maintenance, hydraulic dock solutions suitable for busy facilities that require dependable, fast-cycle loading. Operators should verify electrical requirements and ensure proper installation per manufacturer guidelines to maximize performance and safety.
