The CGW 59751 Finish Pro Turn-On Blue Very Fine Non-Woven Surface Conditioning Disc is designed for light material finishing and prep on metals. This 2-inch diameter disc uses a Turn-On hub (T/O) non-woven abrasive to deliver a very fine finish comparable to a 320 grit level, suitable for final deburring, rust removal, and blending on stainless steel and various ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The Finish Pro line positions this disc as an economical option with solid performance for demanding cleaning and finishing tasks on small-diameter workpieces.
Constructed as a heavy-duty non-woven conditioning disc, it provides an aggressive yet controlled action that supports smoothing, rust/burr removal, and surface blending without excessive gouging. The blue color code identifies its Very Fine grade within the established range, aligning with a 320 grit equivalent. The 2" size and Turn-On mounting enable quick changes and compatibility with compatible agitating systems found in facility maintenance settings. Each disc is rated for up to 25,000 RPM to match typical high-speed tooling while maintaining consistent material removal rates on appropriate metals.
Users should consider these discs for tasks that require a gentle finish on delicate areas or when refining a previously deburred surface. They are intended for use on stainless steel and mixed metal applications, and should be selected based on the Very Fine specification to achieve desired smoothness without altering geometry. Packaging is listed as individual discs, with boxes containing 50 pieces to support stock needs in maintenance and fabrication environments.
