The CGW 59745 2" Finish Pro Roll-On Blue Very Fine Non-Woven Surface Conditioning Disc is designed for lightweight finishing and deburring tasks on stainless steel, ferrous, and non-ferrous metals. This 2-inch diameter disc uses a non-woven, roll-on construction to provide a flexible, uniform contact surface suitable for delicate blending and rust/burr removal without creating deep gouges. The blue color denotes the Very Fine grade, which corresponds to a roughly 320 grit finish, making it appropriate for final finishing steps that require a smoother surface appearance and reduced tooling marks.
Built for high-performance cleaning and finishing, the Finish Pro line emphasizes economical, yet capable, conditioning with a focus on controlled material removal. The disc is categorized as Very Fine for precise, light abrasion, and it offers a significant improvement in finish quality when used in combination with compatible rotary tools operating up to 25,000 RPM. The roll-on format supports quick change and straightforward application, which helps minimize downtime during production or maintenance cycles.
When selecting this disc, consider the intended material and surface condition. It is suitable for finishing operations on a variety of metals and is designed to work as part of a progressive conditioning sequence—progressing from more aggressive grits to finer ones as needed. For maintenance, follow standard care for non-woven conditioning discs, inspecting the roll-on interface for wear and replacing as necessary to maintain consistent results. Each disc is packaged individually, with stock kept in box quantities, supporting orderly inventory management and reuse where appropriate.
