The Vestil PDSG-1WA-003 Personal Desk Shield Guard is a compact, personal protection accessory designed to create a simple barrier at individual desks in crowded classrooms or work areas. Its lightweight, paper-board frame supports a clear plastic window, providing visibility while helping to reduce direct exposure in shared spaces. The overall design emphasizes ease of setup and portability for quick deployment where single-user protection is desired.
Construction details indicate a corrugated paper board frame that supports a single-window panel. The window is removable via four corner security tabs, enabling easy cleaning and sanitization with typical soap and water solutions. When not in use, the shield folds flat for compact storage, which helps maximize space in classroom or desk configurations between uses. The color combination listed is black and white, and the unit is packaged as an individual piece.
Practical use scenarios include school desks and similar personal workstations where each user benefits from a personal barrier. The design supports straightforward cleaning routines and keeps the window accessible for quick sanitization without removing the entire shield. Consider compatibility with existing desk setups and available storage space when selecting the size, as the listed dimensions are 20" x 10" x 17.5" for this model. For maintenance, the window can be cleaned with a soap and water solution, and the unit can be stored flat when not in use.
