The Savety Yellow WALL-6 is a wall-mounted bumper rail designed to protect walls and stored equipment from impact in facilities, storage areas, and workrooms. This 6-foot long rail provides a visible, high-visibility barrier that helps define storage zones and absorb minor impacts before damage occurs. Each unit is built to mounting on wall surfaces to create a durable, accessible edge guard in high-traffic or equipment-dense environments.
Construction details emphasize a 14-gauge high-tensile steel core finished in a powder-coated safety yellow. The rail is engineered for rigidity and long service life, with mounting holes positioned on 16-inch centers to align with typical wall studs and secure installation. Note that mounting hardware is not included, so you’ll pair this with your own compatible fasteners suitable for your wall substrate and project requirements. The product is offered in multiple lengths to fit different space constraints while maintaining consistent steel gauge and finish across options.
This bumper rail is appropriate for locations where walls, shelving, or racking are susceptible to incidental contact, helping to reduce cosmetic and structural damage from carts, trolleys, and equipment. Consider your wall construction, required mounting hardware, and the internal layout when selecting the length and spacing of mounting points to ensure a secure, compliant installation. The package size for this item is listed as Each, with overall dimensions reflecting the 6-foot length, 7.5-inch height, and a 14-gauge steel profile in a yellow powder-coated finish.
