Savety Yellow Guardrail Rails

The Savety Yellow Guardrail Rails are a heavy-duty facility maintenance solution designed to create safe, clearly defined work and traffic corridors. Engineered with 10 gauge high-tensile steel, these rails provide a robust barrier option for industrial environments where durability matters and space efficiency is key. The system features 4" posts that are supported by a substantial base plate—10" x 10" x 1/2"—and is rated for a 10,000 lb impact at 5 mph, offering a measurable level of containment for mixed-use loading and staging areas. An important installation convenience is that the rails install in about half the time, with no hardware required for assembly, which can reduce project labor and downtime. Sleeves are welded directly to the posts, eliminating separate brackets and potential misalignment, contributing to a clean, integrated appearance and faster construction on-site.

Post heights available are 18", 26", and 42" to accommodate varying clearance and reach requirements, while rails themselves can be specified from 2' up to 10' in one-foot increments to match the desired run length. A center-to-center measurement approach ensures consistent spacing relative to the posts, supporting predictable performance in layout planning. For installations requiring additional anchorage, 5/8" x 4.75" anchors are available upon request, providing flexibility for concrete or other mounting substrates. Please note the current product note indicates a lead time of 2–3 weeks, so include this in your quoting and scheduling to ensure accurate shipping expectations.
