The Worldwide Material Handling 44-inch by 46-inch flared channel wire mesh decking is designed to enhance pallet rack safety and storage efficiency in warehouses. This welded wire mesh decking supports full pallets or mixed loads while resting securely on pallet rack beams, offering a sturdier alternative to traditional wood decking. Its open mesh design helps reduce dust buildup and allows light to permeate each storage level, contributing to safer, more navigable warehouse spaces. The product is built to support a uniform distributed load of up to 2,500 lbs, making it suitable for a wide range of palletized configurations.
Key construction features include a standard 2.5-inch by 4-inch by 6-gauge wire mesh pattern, with 1.5-inch front and rear waterfall edges to help contain loads. The decks are finished with a durable powder coat for durability and corrosion resistance, with an electrogalvanized option available for enhanced corrosion protection. Manufactured in accordance with ANSI MH26.2, these decks are designed for reliable performance within typical warehouse pallet rack systems. Custom designs and sizes are available to fit various rack applications, and optional accessories such as snap-in, hanging, and flue dividers can be specified to further tailor the fit and containment.
When planning installation and ongoing use, note that these decks are designed to drop into place without tools, resting securely on pallet rack beams. Lead times for this product can extend several weeks, and prices or shipping estimates may vary; contact for an accurate shipping and pricing quote. Each deck is packaged as an individual unit, suitable for inventory and replacement planning within material-handling environments.
