Vestil EH-710-35 is an electric hydraulic dock leveler designed for high-usage loading docks. It provides automated deck raising with a simple push-button operation, followed by automatic lip extension to facilitate loading and unloading as the deck reaches the raised position. Once the vehicle is docked and the operator releases the raise control, the deck descends to rest on the trailer, and when the vehicle departs, a limit switch returns the platform to the level cross-traffic position. The unit includes a red emergency stop in the control box for immediate shutoff and enhanced safety oversight during operation. Telescoping steel toe guards on both sides align flush with the platform edge to help reduce trip hazards and protect personnel.
The EH-710-35 variant offers a Uniform Capacity of 35,000 pounds with a service range of 12 inches above the dock, supporting a range of dock-height loading scenarios. The system operates on 460V 3-Phase power, with the standard hydraulic mechanism providing reliable raising, lip extension, and descent via the integrated control system. The device ships as a single unit and is suited for facilities that require durable, high-capacity dock access without manual ramp adjustment.
When planning installation and use, verify that your dock and building infrastructure are compatible with the 12-inch service range and the 35,000-lb capacity, and ensure electrical wiring is prepared for 460V 3-Phase service. Keep in mind that standard operation requires a power source and adherence to proper safety procedures around moving components. For exact installation guidance, dimensions, and factory-capacity options beyond the stated 35,000-lb rating, consult Vestil or a qualified technician.
