The Vestil EH-75-35 Electric Hydraulic Dock Leveler is designed for high-usage dock environments, delivering automated deck elevation with a simple push-button operation. When raised, the deck lip automatically extends to provide a loading edge, then settles back into position on the trailer once the raise control is released. The included red emergency stop on the control box enhances operator safety and immediate shutdown capability during loading and unloading. Telescopic steel toe guards on both sides are flush with the platform edge for added protection in busy dock bays, and two laminated bumpers help reduce impact against dock infrastructure.
This model features a uniform 35,000-pound capacity with an 86" wide by 50" long deck and a 24" deep structure, suitable for frequent trailer transfers in moderate to heavy-duty settings. The system’s service range extends approximately ±12 inches from the dock, supporting variations in trailer height and dock flushness. A built-in limit-switch mechanism ensures the deck returns to level cross-traffic position when the trailer departs, contributing to efficient dock turnover and safer pedestrian flow in the loading zone. This unit is specified for 460V 3-Phase operation, aligning with industrial power standards typically encountered in commercial warehouses and distribution centers.
Practical considerations: verify dock pit dimensions and mounting requirements match the 86"W x 50"L deck footprint and 24" depth, and confirm electrical availability for 460V 3-Phase service. While this description notes top-side safety features and automatic lip extension, installation and maintenance should be performed by qualified personnel following the manufacturer’s guidance to ensure proper performance and safety compliance.
