The Vestil EH-66-30 Electric Hydraulic Dock Leveler is a high-usage loading dock solution designed to bridge gaps between dock and trailer with a smooth, push-button operation. It raises the deck to the trailer height, automatically extends the lip, and then lowers to rest on the trailer, facilitating efficient loading and unloading. The system includes an emergency stop for immediate control in unexpected conditions and is built with safety features that support reliable everyday use in demanding environments.
Constructed for heavy-duty service, this unit incorporates telescopic steel toe guards on both sides flush with the platform edge to help protect workers and equipment during operation. The hydraulic design and control integration are intended to simplify daily workflows, reduce manual handling, and promote consistent dock-to-trailer alignment. The hardware is configured for a service range above the dock of 12 inches, enabling compatibility with trailers that sit variably above dock height during loading cycles.
With a uniform capacity of 30,000 pounds, this model is suitable for environments with frequent forklift traffic and heavy palletized loads. Please note this product is made to order, and orders are final due to customization. Typical package is sold as Each, and the unit is specified for a 460V 3-Phase electrical supply, aligning with industrial dock equipment standards. Verify site electrical compatibility and pit dimensions to ensure proper fit and safe operation before purchase.
