The VESEH-65-25 is a Vestil electric hydraulic dock leveler designed for high-usage dock operations. It provides a simple push-button raise operation to lift the deck, with the lip automatically extending as it reaches the raised position to facilitate loads transitioning onto or off the trailer. Once the operator releases the raise button, the deck lowers onto the trailer and settles into position, while a built-in limit switch returns the unit to the level cross-traffic position when the trailer pulls away. The control box incorporates a red emergency stop button to quickly cut power if needed, contributing to on-site safety and control. The leveler includes telescoping steel toe guards on both sides flush with the platform edge, and laminated bumpers to help protect the equipment and surrounding structures during operation.
This model offers a uniform rated capacity of 25,000 pounds, with a service range above the dock of ±12 inches, and a deck size compatible with standard dock configurations. The product is specified for 460V 3-phase electrical service, aligning with demanding, high-usage environments where consistent reach and reliability are required. The design emphasizes straightforward operation and reliable automatic lip extension to improve loading and unloading efficiency while maintaining alignment with the trailer during cycles.
When planning installation and daily use, verify dock pit dimensions and load-bearing requirements to ensure proper fit and operation given the 74"W x 50"L x 24"D platform footprint and 25,000-lb capacity. The information provided reflects the manufacturer’s description and standard features; for any facility with unique dock configurations or higher uniform capacities, consult the factory for available options and compatibility.
