The Vestil EH-610-25 Hydraulic Dock Leveler is designed for high-usage loading docks where consistent, reliable deck operation is essential. This electric-hydraulic unit provides push-button control to raise the platform, with the lip automatically extending as the deck elevates to facilitate loading and unloading from trailers. Once the deck reaches its raised position, operators can release the switch and the deck descends to rest on the trailer, delivering a smooth, controlled interface between dock and transport vehicle. A red emergency stop on the control box enhances safety during operation, and the unit includes telescoping steel toe guards on both sides that sit flush with the platform edge for added protection and clearance. When a truck departs, the deck automatically returns to the level position and lowers to engage the dock, then trips a limit switch to resume cross-traffic alignment. The model supports integration in facilities with a 460V 3-phase electrical system and offers uniform capacities up to 25,000 pounds through standard configurations, with more capacity available from the factory.
