Blue Giant HU6010-30 Hydraulic Dock Leveler delivers reliable, button-operated lifting for loading dock efficiency. Its hydraulic deck and lip cylinders streamline operation and reduce maintenance compared with mechanical units, contributing to a lower overall cost of ownership. The system features a robust structural deck support built from high-tensile solid steel U-beam members, a 16-inch lip length with a beveled edge, and a fixed rear hinge with 4-inch lateral ramp flex to accommodate non-level trailer beds. A self-contained, under-deck 1 HP hydraulic power pack (voltage specified at order) powers the independent Lip and deck motions, while a single SP1 control station provides convenient, constant-pressure actuation from a waterproof (NEMA4X/IP65 rated) enclosure. The design includes safety-focused elements such as a velocity fuse fall-safe, toe guards finished in safety yellow, and an inverted hydraulic loading deck cylinder that self-purges air. At 6 feet by 10 feet, this model supports a static capacity of 30,000 pounds and is offered in an all-in-one package. The unit also includes two laminated bumpers (DB411 or DB411WB variants by width) to help protect dock faces during operation. These features collectively aim to increase dock productivity while maintaining predictable, ergonomic control at the point of use.
