Better Brush 101718 Horsehair Blend Outer Rows with Tampico Center Rows Floor Brush - 18"

The Better Brush 101718 floor brush is designed for medium sweeping tasks, combining a horsehair blend on the outer rows with Tampico center rows to tackle both fine particles and heavier soils. With an 18" overall width, the brush features a wood block construction measuring 2-7/8" wide and 7/8" thick, and it includes two threaded holes for compatible handle installation. A 3" bristle trim length provides a balanced sweep pattern suitable for general janitorial applications, making it a versatile choice for routine floor upkeep in commercial or industrial settings.

The mixed bristle composition helps separate responsibilities in cleaning: horsehair outer rows lightly collect fine dust and debris, while Tampico center rows engage sand and heavier soils more effectively. This arrangement supports more efficient one-pass cleaning and can reduce the need for frequent tool changes during daily maintenance. The product is sold as an 18" brush with the handles sold separately, allowing you to select compatible handles based on your existing mop and broom systems. Typical package configuration lists each brush individually with a case quantity of 12, enabling bulk purchases for wider facility coverage.

Designed for standard floor-cleaning workflows, this brush is suitable for mid-duty sweeping tasks in commercial facilities, workshops, and maintenance areas where a blend of bristle materials can improve debris capture. When selecting replacement parts, verify compatibility with your existing handle threading and ensure the 3" trim length aligns with your cleaning reach and surface contact needs. The item is identified by SKU BTB101718 and carries the manufacturer part number BTB101718, with material composition listed as a Tampico/Horsehair blend.
