The MCR Safety 39114 Bib with Snaps to fit Cape Sleeves provides lightweight, limited-flammability protection in a practical bib design. Made from USA-treated green cotton, the fabric is 9 ounces per square yard and selected to remain launderable while offering economical protection from light molten splash and sparks. The bib is tailored to fit caped sleeve configurations, featuring anodized button snap closures that enable straightforward donning and removal while helping to secure coverage during work tasks.
Constructed to maintain its limited-flammability rating through repeated laundering, the material is designed to withstand up to 50 home washes or 25 commercial washes at temperatures up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This durability detail matters for workplaces with regular laundering cycles, ensuring the garment retains its protective characteristics across multiple uses. The color is green, and the fabric is specified as L/F cotton, aligning with common standards for lightweight, abrasion-resistant apparel used in low-exposure environments.
This product is packaged as an individual item, with a case quantity of 72, making it suitable for stocking on PPE carts or in maintenance depots. When selecting this bib, verify compatibility with the cape-sleeve system in use and confirm laundering practices align with the stated wash tolerances. For best performance, follow the manufacturer’s laundering guidance to preserve the limited-flammability properties over time.
