PROP 65
The Cordova Safety StormFront-FR rain suit set is a flame-resistant, three-piece rain protection solution designed for environments where exposure to heat or flames is a concern. Constructed from yellow PVC/polyester fabric at approximately 0.35 mm, this suit combines a detachable hood, vented cape back, and underarms to help promote airflow while keeping the wearer dry. The design includes a bib-style pant with suspenders and a snap fly, a storm fly front featuring both a zipper and snap buttons, and two flapped pockets for utility storage, making it suitable for job sites where rain gear must also accommodate practical needs.
Key features support both protection and convenience: a detachable hood with a drawstring allows for quick adjustments, while the ventilated cape back and underarms help reduce heat buildup during extended wear. The flame-resistant designation is noted as ASTM D6413 compliant, indicating a formal performance standard for fabrics intended to resist ignition and limit flame spread under specified test conditions. The material combination of PVC and polyester provides a balance between durability and flexibility, with a color coded high-visibility yellow that remains visible in work environments.
Typical use cases include outdoor or semi-exposed work where rain protection is required alongside a flame-resistant barrier. The three-piece configuration offers versatility for layering or independent use of jackets and pants as needed. If you are ordering for inventory, note the case quantity of 10 per case and that each set is sold as an individual unit. For additional details, you can access the spec sheet linked in the product downloads to review exact measurements and performance data. Consider sizing and fit in relation to layering needs and any PPE equipment worn underneath.
