The Portwest US387YRE Public Service Vest in Yellow/Red is a high-visibility vest designed for everyday duty where quick identification and reliable visibility are key. It embodies a Class 2 ANSI/EN ISO 20471-compliant approach to visibility, incorporating reflective tape and contrast materials to enhance conspicuity in varying lighting conditions. The vest is constructed from polyester and features a cooling mesh fabric to help manage heat buildup during extended wear in active or outdoor settings.

Key construction details include 2-inch silver reflective tape set against contrasting panels, a hook-and-loop front closure for secure yet adjustable fit, and a practical layout that accommodates essential communications and identification needs. Notable internal storage includes a lower patch pocket and a dedicated radio pocket, along with dual ID holders and two mic tabs, supporting everyday coordination and quick access to devices. The design also incorporates side and shoulder seams for durability through movement and routine wear. A five-point breakaway feature provides an important safety option in environments where snag hazards or entanglement risk is present.

This vest is suited for public service, traffic control, event staffing, or any role requiring high-visibility workwear with practical pockets and quick-release safety features. It uses a standard sizing approach with a center-front closure and is packaged per each unit, with case quantities offered to support team deployments.
