The Occunomix SS900-HVY Thermal Fleece Skull Cap Hi-Vis Yellow is a form-fitting, lightweight head cover designed for active workers who need warmth without bulk. Made from 7.7 oz performance polyester/spandex fleece, it provides a snug, low-profile fit that can be worn alone or comfortably underneath a hard hat or helmet. A tagless, flat-seam construction helps minimize irritation during extended wear, and the 4-way stretch fabric ensures a secure, comfortable fit that moves with you. A reflective logo adds visibility for low-light conditions, contributing to safer jobsite presence when lighting is limited. The cap also offers UPF 50+ sun protection for outdoor tasks, extending its usefulness beyond cold-weather use.
Constructed as a skull cap, its performance fleece is designed to retain warmth while allowing moisture transfer and mobility, which is especially valuable for workers who are active and generate heat. The Hi-Vis Yellow color improves conspicuity in work zones, complementing the reflective detail for added daytime or dusk visibility. This product is packaged per unit, with a case quantity of 500, making it suitable for stocking in PPE cabinets or distributing to crews. A spec sheet is available for download, should you need additional technical details for procurement or safety files.
Potential applications include outdoor trades, construction, logistics, and industrial environments where workers require lightweight warmth, head coverage under headgear, and enhanced visibility. When selecting sizing and compatibility, note that this is a skull cap designed to fit under other gear without adding bulk, and it is offered in Hi-Vis Yellow to meet visibility considerations on the jobsite. The packaging and case quantity information support ordering plans for individual or bulk needs, while the UPF 50+ rating is relevant for projects involving sun exposure.
