The Occunomix TD700-HVY Wicking & Cooling Ball Cap in Hi-Vis Yellow is designed to help keep sweat and heat at bay during active work at temperatures where visibility matters. The front crown uses a wicking and cooling fabric to draw moisture away from the skin, promoting evaporative cooling and improving comfort during extended wear. Subtle camo accents provide a distinctive look while maintaining professional visibility on site.
Key features highlighted in product materials include a rapid activation (1 minute) and a claim of cooling performance—approximately 30% cooler than skin temperature when wet. This combination supports workers who move between shaded and sunny areas, or who perform tasks that generate heat and perspiration, by helping to manage comfort without adding bulk or weight to the headwear. The cap’s styling and construction are oriented toward lightweight wear with a focus on cool, breathable coverage for the top of the head.
Practical considerations for selecting this cap include its Hi-Vis Yellow color for visibility on the job site and its intended one-size style intended for individual use, with packaging noted as each and a case quantity of 144 for stocking purposes. For ordering and compatibility, refer to the manufacturer part TD700-HVY and the provided spec sheet link for any technical data and care guidance. When evaluating use cases, consider environments requiring enhanced head visibility combined with moisture management during warm or physically active work, and ensure sizing and replacement cycles align with your facility’s PPE inventory practices.
