Cordova HL300 Hard Hat Liner, Polyester, Fleece Foam

The Cordova HL300 Hard Hat Liner is a versatile under-helmet accessory designed to add warmth and comfort during long shifts. Crafted from three-layer quilted polyester with a blue fleece foam lining, this liner helps maintain head warmth in cooler environments while worn beneath a hard hat. It features an adjustable hook-and-loop closure for an individualized fit and a reflective strip on the back to enhance visibility in low-light conditions.

Construction details emphasize a lightweight, low-profile design intended to remain discreet under a helmet while delivering insulation. The blue fleece foam layer provides a soft interior against the scalp, and the outer three-layer quilted polyester fabric contributes to durability and some moisture resistance within typical work-site conditions. The liner includes ear warmer pockets for added warmth where needed and a FR-treated finish that requires no extra care beyond standard cleaning. These attributes collectively support comfort during extended wear without compromising helmet fit or safety features that rely on proper head protection.

Typical use scenarios include outdoor work in cooler weather, maintenance tasks, and any role where warmth under a hard hat can improve comfort and focus. The HL300 is designed as a one-size-fits-all solution, intended to be worn under compatible hard hats. For buyers, note that it is sold in packaging of 72 Each per Case, with individual packaging, making bulk stocking straightforward for facility-wide deployments. The product is offered as a liner accessory rather than a standalone helmet, and as with any PPE layering, users should verify helmet compatibility and ensure a secure fit after installation.
