The Cordova HL200 Hard Hat Liner is a lightweight accessory designed to be worn under a hard hat to improve warmth and comfort in cold or chilly environments. It uses two-layer cotton twill with a blue fleece lining, providing a soft interior while maintaining breathability. An adjustable hook-and-loop closure helps ensure a secure fit, and a reflective strip on the back adds a visibility detail for low-light settings. The liner is designed to be used as a one-size-fits-all solution, with features that accommodate wear under head protection without adding bulk.
Construction and key features include a two-layer cotton twill exterior paired with a blue fleece interior, ear warmer pockets for added warmth, and hooks-and-loop suspension secure straps for adjusting the fit inside a hard hat. The product notes indicate single-wash FR treatment, which may influence care and maintenance for facilities that need flame-resistant considerations, though the specific FR implications should be confirmed against the users safety program. A spec sheet is available for download, providing detailed documentation that supports informed purchasing and compliance review.
Typical use scenarios include outdoor work or indoor environments with cold airflow where maintaining head warmth is beneficial without removing personal protective equipment. The HL200 is listed with a case quantity of 72 per case and a packaging unit of individual pieces, indicating straightforward stocking and reordering. There is no indication of additional sizing options beyond one-size-fits-all, so buyers should assess head-wear compatibility with their existing helmets and the liners bulk under the shell. The information supports planning for warmth, visibility, and comfort while wearing protective headgear in a variety of work settings.
