Cordova 9015 Driver, Deerskin, Split/Grain

Cordova 9015 Driver, Deerskin, Split/Grain is a high-dexterity leather glove designed for precision handling in demanding tasks. The back is crafted from select-grade grain deerskin, chosen for durability and subtle flexibility, while the palm is made from split deerskin to provide a comfortable, unlined feel that enhances tactile feedback during use. The glove features a shirred elastic back for a secure, flexible fit and a keystone thumb that supports natural hand positioning during gripping and manipulation of small parts. While not lined, the leather combination focuses on dexterity and responses to frequent hand movements common in fine motor work.

The construction emphasizes careful material selection and stitching consistency to support extended wear in common industrial tasks. The select-grade grain on the back originates from areas typically subjected to less wear, contributing to overall durability in a glove that prioritizes precise control. The split deerskin palm adds a soft, responsive surface that helps with grip and feel without introducing bulk that could hinder finger movements. This style is aligned with Cordova’s leather driver lineup, offering durable performance with a lighter weight profile compared to fully lined options.

Ideal use cases include small-part assembly, material handling where tactile feedback is important, and environments where a dexterous, unlined glove is preferred. The product is available in a standard package that aligns with Cordova’s case quantities, and it supports customization options for glove printing. Given its unlined interior, users should consider task environments, moisture exposure, and glove care to maintain leather suppleness and grip characteristics over time.
