CGW 52310 5" Dia 800-Grit Extreme Purple Ceramic PSA DOR Sanding Disc delivers a high-performance abrasive solution for demanding material-removal tasks. This 5-inch, PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) disc uses a ceramic grain formulation designed for aggressive cutting and rapid material removal, making it suitable for heavy stock removal on metal and other hard substrates. The purple ceramic grains are paired with an open coat and C-weight latex paper backing, balancing durability with flexible conformability on curved surfaces and during continued use. A stearate coating provides anti-clogging properties to help resist clogging and loading, which can extend disc life and maintain a consistent finish throughout the disc’s useful life.
