The Safehouse Signs VT-121-2 Danger Out Of Service Tags are a compact, identify-and-flag solution designed for quick deployment in maintenance and safety workflows. These rigid vinyl tags clearly communicate an “Out Of Service” condition and are sized 6x3 inches for visibility without bulk. They’re part of a system that supports rapid status signaling on equipment, controls, or work areas that require temporary downtime or inspection without disassembly.
The tags are constructed from heavy-duty 15 mil rigid vinyl, delivering moisture, chemical, weather, and tear resistance to maintain legibility in diverse environments. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, helping ensure critical caution messages remain readable across shifts and weather conditions. Each pack includes 25 tags with pre-drilled holes and the necessary nylon ties, enabling straightforward installation on equipment or fixtures without additional hardware. The included 25-inch holes and ties are sized to accommodate common mounting points and provide flexibility for temporary or semi-permanent installations.
These attributes support practical applications such as marking equipment that is temporarily unavailable for use, signaling non-operational status during maintenance, or coordinating shutdowns in industrial settings. When considering use, note the tag’s size, the exposed message area, and the durability of rigid vinyl in your environment, as these factors influence readability and longevity. The packaging configuration—packs of 25 with pre-drilled holes and ties—facilitates quick stock replenishment and consistent installation across multiple sites. This product is identified by the manufacturer part number SHSVT-121-2 and is categorized under Facility Maintenance.
