The Crown Matting GS 0035CR Rely-On Olefin 3'x5' Castellan Red Entrance Matting is an economical wiper mat designed to reduce the amount of water and fine dust entering a building. Its olefin construction helps with moisture management while the Castellan Red color provides a color option to fit various entryway decors. The mat is paired with a vinyl backing moisture barrier to help protect underlying floors from moisture and wear, supporting maintenance needs in small commercial spaces.
This mat is sized at 3 feet by 5 feet with a thickness of 3/8 inch, and it is supplied as a single unit. The ability to hold up to 1 gallon of water per square yard indicates strong surface water management for entries with moderate foot traffic, helping to keep interior areas drier and cleaner between cleanings. The product’s economical profile makes it suitable for entryways where cost-effective, replaceable mats are preferred, without compromising basic scuff and moisture control.
The information provided specifies color, size, and packing as an individual, non-bundled unit, which supports straightforward sizing and replacement decisions for facility managers cataloging mats by location. When selecting appropriate matting, verify that the 3'x5' footprint aligns with the entry dimensions and that the Castellan Red hue matches the design requirements. Regular cleaning per maintenance plan will help maintain water-holding performance and overall appearance over time.
