The Reece Safety LSE121 is a centralized lockout station designed to streamline the management of lockout equipment in environments with limited space. This portable red lockbox uses an 2"-style ammo-box design to provide a compact, easily relocatable solution for coordinating group lockout activities. It is intended to hold multiple padlocks or hasps—up to 12—facilitating collaborative lockout for teams while maintaining a single, visible focal point for safety protocols in the work area.
The lockbox features a key deposit slot, enabling keys to be returned even when the box is secured, which helps maintain workflow continuity during lockout events. Its reinforced latch is built to withstand on-the-move handling, ensuring that equipment remains stored securely between lockout operations. This design supports facilities that require a centralized, portable reference point for lockout-tagout materials without committing to a permanent wall mount or stationary cabinet.
Practical use cases include maintenance shutdowns, energy isolation procedures, and any scenario where multiple workers must apply lockout devices efficiently. When selecting the LSE121, consider the need for shared access among several staff members and the desire to relocate the lockout station between work areas. The package is listed as a single unit, reflecting its role as a standalone storage solution within the broader LOTO program.
