The Savety Yellow SYP-PSG-60 is a self-closing mezzanine pallet gate designed to protect the opening of a mezzanine edge while pallets are moved through by forklift. The gate system closes securely against material in the opening, then springs back to its ready position after the pallet is moved or removed, maintaining continuous protection of the edge during loading operations. The unit utilizes three stainless steel torsion springs per gate, housed within the hinge assembly, to ensure reliable closure. High-impact bumpers, made of ABS, are integrated to minimize material damage as pallets pass through, while 4-inch ABS toe boards provide additional edge protection and a defined loading surface. The gates are powder coated in safety yellow for high visibility and are supplied with gate columns to establish the opening framework.
