The Vestil TG-800-S-H-72-120 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a header-mount, standard-overlap door designed to create a flexible barrier that helps control temperature, dust, and noise between spaces. This 72 inch by 120 inch door uses clear vinyl strips to maintain visual access while forming a barrier, supporting safer, easier passage for personnel and equipment. The vinyl construction is fire resistant and self-extinguishing, and the strips are designed to remain pliable in cooler environments, aiding operation in variable temperature settings. The door’s simple, low-cost design emphasizes straightforward maintenance and reliable pre-assembly, with installation hardware sold separately.
In practice, these standard-overlap strip doors are suitable for loading areas, walkways, and divisions where a transparent barrier is beneficial but full enclosure isn’t required. The clear strips help workers see through the doorway, reducing the risk of collision or mishandling at entry points, while the flexible material dampens drafts and reduces energy loss when used across doorways. This model is specified for header mounting with standard overlap, and ships as a single unit ready for installation once hardware is procured separately.
Because mounting hardware is not included, confirm compatibility with your door frame and mounting method prior to purchase. Verify that the header-style install suits your doorway width and that the standard overlap configuration aligns with your space requirements. The product is offered in a package size of one, with a fixed installation approach typical for pre-assembled vinyl strip doors.
