The Vestil TG-800-S-H-120-72 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a flexible barrier designed to help control temperature, dust, and noise at doorways and openings in industrial and commercial settings. Its clear vinyl strips provide visibility while allowing easy passage, making it suitable for areas where frequent foot or equipment traffic occurs and where a visual cue is beneficial for safety and efficiency. The standard overlap header mounting configuration supports a straightforward installation approach for many doorframes that require a continuous barrier with consistent overlap.
The door features a fire-resistant vinyl construction that is self-extinguishing, which can contribute to safer environments where flame resistance is a consideration. The material is designed to deter UV exposure during direct sunlight and maintain pliability in low-temperature environments, supporting applications near docks, exterior entries, or walkways exposed to temperature fluctuations. The smooth strip surface facilitates easy entry and exit, while maintaining a level of environmental separation to help minimize drafts and related energy loss.
Typical use cases include load zones, cold storage entryways, and internal doorways where visibility matters but a physical barrier is still needed. The product is shipped as a ready-to-install unit (installation hardware not included), with a header-mount, standard overlap configuration and a 120 inch by 72 inch opening. This sizing is compatible with standard doorway footprints that accommodate a 120 in. length and 72 in. height, and it is sold as a single unit. For best results, ensure proper mounting alignment and confirm that header mounting is compatible with the existing doorway frame before purchase.
