The Vestil TG-800-S-H-120-108 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a flexible, vision-clear barrier designed to control temperature, dust, and noise in industrial and commercial settings. Built from a fire-resistant vinyl material, the door is self-extinguishing and offers clear visibility to help maintain safety and awareness as personnel pass through. The standard overlap header mounting enables straightforward installation while providing a stable, continuous strip curtain that adapts to moderate door openings. The design prioritizes a smooth surface to support easy entry and exit, reducing friction and snagging during use.
This strip door is configured with a standard overlap style and header mounting, intended to create an effective enclosure for fluctuating environments such as loading docks, work areas, and for applications where energy efficiency and cleanliness are important. The material’s resistance to UV exposure in direct sunlight helps preserve clarity and performance in areas with bright lighting, while the formulation supports use in refrigerated or cold environments down to temperatures around -10°F, depending on application specifics. The simple, low-cost concept is easy to maintain and helps reduce heating and cooling costs by minimizing air transfer through doorways.
For installation, the product ships pre-assembled and ready for mounting. Installation hardware is not included, so customers should plan for compatible mounting components appropriate to their frame and wall construction. The listed packaging indicates a single unit per package, with the mounting style and overlap specification clearly guiding compatibility with existing door frames and header installations. Once installed, standard maintenance includes periodic cleaning of the vinyl strips to maintain clarity and pliability.
