VestiL TG-800-S-H-108-120 PVC vinyl strip door is a flexible barrier designed to control temperature, dust, and noise at doorways and loading areas. The 2/25 inch standard overlap header mounting with a 108 inch by 120 inch footprint provides a clear, visible partition that helps reduce heating and cooling losses while preserving access flow for personnel and equipment. The vinyl strips are formulated to be self-extinguishing and fire resistant, contributing to safer occupancy and cargo handling environments. The clear strips maintain visibility for forklift operators and pedestrians, supporting safer navigation through door openings without sacrificing energy efficiency.
Constructed as a standard-overlap header-mount system, the door is designed for straightforward installation and integration with existing door frames. The material is designed to deter UV exposure in direct sunlight and to stay pliable across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for variable environments such as refrigerated spaces and loading docks. The smooth surface of the strips facilitates easy passage for people and carts, while the continuous curtain of vinyl helps minimize drafts and the ingress of dust and fumes. Please note that installation hardware is not included, and custom sizes or material options are available from the factory if needed.
This Vestil unit is packaged as a single door assembly for straightforward replacement or retrofitting in facilities seeking a cost-effective, visually clear barrier that supports energy efficiency and safety goals. Verify the header mounting, standard overlap configuration, and the 108" × 120" dimensions to ensure compatibility with your doorway opening and mounting hardware. Maintenance is typically limited to periodic cleaning of the vinyl surface to preserve clarity and pliability over time.
