The Vestil TG-800-F-H-108-84 PVC Vinyl Strip Door provides a flexible, transparent barrier designed to control temperature, dust, and noise between adjacent spaces in industrial and commercial settings. With a full overlap header mount and 108 inches by 84 inches clear opening, this door uses clear vinyl strips to maintain visual clarity while creating a physical barrier that reduces drafts and helps support energy savings. The fire-resistant vinyl construction is self-extinguishing, and the smooth surface facilitates easy entry and exit for personnel and equipment during daily operations.
The vinyl strips are designed to remain pliable across a wide temperature range, supporting applications from refrigerated areas to standard facilities. The design aims to offer a simple, low-maintenance solution that can be installed without integrated hardware, as installation hardware is not included in the package. The clear strips provide visibility for safer navigation through doorways while helping deter ozone-UV exposure in direct sunlight when used at loading docks or external entrances. While designed for general use, the door’s overlapping full-width configuration helps reduce leakage across the doorway, contributing to more consistent interior conditions.
This product is listed under the Vestil brand and uses a header-mount, full-overlap style. It is packaged as a single unit and is compatible with standard installation practices for vinyl strip doors of this design. Maintenance involves routine cleaning of the smooth vinyl surface to preserve clarity and ease of use. For custom sizing or material variations, customers may contact the factory. Note that mounting hardware is not included, so procurement should include appropriate frame or mounting hardware for the intended doorway.
