The Vestil TG-600-F-H-108-84 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a full-overlap, header-mounted solution designed to create a flexible barrier between spaces while maintaining visibility. The 108 inch by 84 inch clear strips provide a continuous, see-through interface that helps regulate temperature and airflow, reduce dust intrusion, and minimize noise transfer in busy facilities. The vinyl construction is self-extinguishing and fire resistant, supporting safer operation in environments where doorways experience frequent traffic and material movement. The clear strips preserve line of sight for improved safety and awareness as people and equipment pass through the opening.
Construction emphasizes a smooth, pliable surface that remains usable in a range of temperatures, with a design that supports easy entry and exit for personnel and equipment. The product is specified as a header-mounted, full-overlap configuration, intended to seal the opening when viewed as a single barrier. This arrangement helps deter drafts and can contribute to energy efficiency by reducing unintended air exchange around doorways. While installation hardware is not included, the door ships ready for installation as a pre-assembled unit, simplifying setup in appropriate doorways or openings.
Typical applications include loading docks, interior doorways between climate-controlled and non-climate zones, and areas where a clear barrier is needed without permanently closing the opening. The package is listed as each, supporting straightforward inventory and replacement planning. For accurate fit, verify mounting compatibility with existing header systems and confirm that the chosen opening aligns with the 108" x 84" size and full overlap design described by the product data.
