The Vestil TG-1600-F-H-168-216 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a flexible barrier designed to help control temperature, dust, and noise at doorways and loading areas. Its full-overlap header-mount configuration provides a continuous, transparent curtain that helps maintain energy efficiency while preserving visibility for personnel movement and safety considerations. The vinyl construction supports self-extinguishing, fire-resistant behavior and is designed to deter UV exposure in sunny loading dock or exterior doorway environments, contributing to improved durability in challenging conditions.
The door features a clear vinyl strip design to maintain visual clarity without sacrificing safety, and a smooth surface that facilitates easy entry and exit. This model is configured with a full-overlap strip arrangement, which helps reduce drafts and cross-traffic disturbances between adjacent spaces, supporting cleaner, more controlled environments in warehouses and industrial facilities. The product is shipped pre-assembled for straightforward installation, though installation hardware is not included, so users can source compatible hardware separately according to their mounting needs.
For practical use, consider applications where doors experience frequent traffic, require visibility, and benefit from energy savings through reduced air exchange. The full-overlap header design is suitable for wider doorways, and the PVC vinyl may perform well in standard temperature ranges while offering some resilience in lower-temperature applications. Sizing on this model corresponds to a 168-inch by 216-inch opening, with packaging listed as Each, ensuring clear expectations for order quantity and installation planning.
