This unit features three foam-filled pads wrapped in a 36 oz. nylon-reinforced vinyl facings, offering tear resistance and durability for frequent dock activity. The facings are chemically sealed at the ends to help prevent moisture infiltration, and the assembly includes built-in air escape tunnels to permit air to escape as a trailer presses against the seal. The dock seal comes in a three-piece construction with a 12-inch high face, beveled sides that measure 9-1/2 inches at the wall and 12 inches at the face, and it is designed for through-the-wall mounting. A twenty-inch projection is recommended when pairing with an Edge-O-Dock configuration, and the unit includes a through-the-wall installation kit for a straightforward setup. The product is supplied as a single unit and expects up to 11 inches of projection and 36 oz. nylon-reinforced vinyl facings.
