Its deck is constructed from heavy-duty diamond plate steel rated at 55,000 psi, paired with a steel understructure channel to support long-term use and repetitive loading. Telescoping side-mounted toe guards extend through the entire service range, helping to secure the opening during operation. The unit is accompanied by two laminated bumpers (part numbers 1014-4.5), which help absorb impact at dock interfaces. The leveler is designed for a broad service range of 12 inches above and below the dock, enabling efficient alignment with varied trailer heights.
