The Vestil EH-710-25 Electric Hydraulic Dock Leveler is a high-usage loading solution designed to bridge the gap between dock and trailer for efficient material transfer. With a 25,000 lb uniform capacity, this unit supports heavy pallets, bulk loads, and other demanding payloads common in industrial facilities. The hydraulic system provides a straightforward push-button raise operation, and as the deck elevates, the lip automatically extends to create a secure loading surface for accurate alignment and easy loading/unloading. A red emergency stop on the control box is included to support operator safety during operation. When loading activity ends and the truck departs, the deck returns to the full-down position and uses a limit switch to self-travel to a cross-traffic position, helping to minimize drift in busy dock environments.
Constructed with safety features in mind, the EH-710-25 includes telescopic steel toe guards on both sides, flush with the platform edge, to protect foot traffic and reduce the risk of pinch points during operation. The unit is offered in a configuration compatible with standard 460V 3-Phase electrical systems, aligning with typical industrial dock power supplies. The platform and lip mechanism are designed to withstand routine heavy use in warehouse or distribution settings, where frequent dock activity requires reliable performance and consistent deck contact with trailers. The model’s service range above the dock is specified, and the unit is packaged as a single, install-ready piece appropriate for upgrade or new dock installations.
