The STOE2430E85 EcoSafe-6400 compostable trash bags are designed for light to moderate waste disposal in settings that prefer green, environmentally conscious options. These 24 x 30 inch bags have a thickness of 0.85 mil and are categorized as heavy grade for added durability in typical kitchen and facility waste tasks. The green color helps distinguish them for composting or designated waste streams, and the box packaging ships with 45 bags per box for easy restocking in janitorial and facilities environments. Tie closures are included to seal contents securely, supporting containment and odor control during handling and disposal.
Usage considerations reflect a storage-conscious design: store bags away from light, heat, and moisture to maintain integrity and performance. The product is clearly marked with a freshness date, which can help facilities manage stock rotation and reduce waste due to expired bags. Although labeled as compostable, users should confirm compatibility with local composting programs or facility guidelines prior to processing, and ensure the bags are used for appropriate waste streams consistent with compostable materials.
In typical janitorial applications, these bags fit standard 24 x 30 inch waste receptacles used for medium-volume waste collection. The 45/box packaging provides straightforward replenishment in supply cabinets or janitorial closets, supporting routine maintenance cycles without frequent reordering. While no additional compatibility or certifications are listed in the provided data, the product’s defined dimensions, color, thickness, and packaging are essential for selecting the correct bag size and ensuring proper waste containment in daily operations.
