The DPI TB-6T Plastic Traffic Barrier is a lightweight, versatile solution for delineating work zones, crowds, and pedestrian pathways. Designed to be shipped empty, this barricade invites easy handling and setup, with the option to fill with sand or water to achieve greater stability in windy or high-traffic environments. Its low-profile plastic construction helps minimize trip hazards while providing visible guidance on site. Interlocking joints enable rapid connection between multiple barriers, allowing the creation of continuous barriers or clear, designated routes without tools or complex assembly.
Constructed from durable plastic and finished in high-visibility yellow, the TB-6T is suitable for temporary or semi-permanent applications across construction sites, airports, festivals, sporting events, and other facilities that require flexible crowd management or area separation. The barrier is designed for quick deployment and ease of movement when empty, with the practical option to drain contents before relocation. Its compact footprint (71 inches long, 24 inches wide, 43 inches tall) supports scalable configurations for varying space constraints while maintaining clear sight lines and barrier integrity.
When planning use, note that the barrier can be filled for stability in open or high-traffic areas and can be linked to other units to form longer lines or perimeter configurations. The product ships individually and is compatible with DPI’s range of color options for visual coding across projects. Regular maintenance focuses on ensuring the unit remains clean and free of cracks; drainage before movement helps preserve integrity during reconfiguration. This barricade’s setup requires no tools, enabling quick, on-site deployment by personnel with minimal training.
