Sheet metal panels are made from heavy-duty corrugated steel framed in 1 ¼” x ¼” x 12GA structural angle. Lexan panels are 3/16” thick and framed in 1 ¼” x ¼” x 12GA structural angle. The incorporation of Lexan panels is ideal when additional protection or noise reduction is required, but visibility must be maintained. These highly durable, transparent sheets provide added security while still allowing for an open field of vision. Your facility will remain in clear view and your employees kept safe. Incorporate Lexan panels on the top or bottom half of your design. You can also mix and match these combinations to create an entirely custom configuration. Cogan sliding rack gates are the custom solution for securing your racking bays without limiting accessibility. Protect high value inventory, prevent theft, and contain pallet spills. Mounted on a galvanized steel top track with heavy-duty galvanized trolleys, our rack gates are built strong for serious industrial applications. The fully-suspended design does not require any bottom track. This allows for unobstructed access when using forklifts, pallet jacks and other in-plant vehicles. Rack gates are framed in structural angle and reinforced with tubing on both sides for superior rigidity.
Custom built to your specific needs, rack gates are ideal for safeguarding inventory in storage and picking areas. You can also use rack gates to control traffic and limit circulation in sensitive aisle ways. The slide door system means our rack gates work even well in small or narrow spaces. There are no swing components. Aisles remain clear of obstructions that would hinder passage. Cogan sliding rack gates are available in a variety of standard sizes from 3’W x 8’H to 12’W x 30’H. Custom sizes are also available. The range of larger sizes means rack gates can easily accommodate any multi-bay application. Choose between a floor-to-ceiling or freestanding post designs. Standard accessories include a bolted handle and padlock hasps. All rack gates are sealed in a grey powder-coated paint finish for maximum durability.

Sliding security gates allow you to have a door opening in constricted areas. With a wide selection of dimensions, sliding gates are ideal for heavy or large equipment and storage access. Use mobile partitions to divide workspace, define pedestrian walkways or enclose machinery for repairs. Structurally framed 2”x2”x10GA welded wire mesh panels create a strong physical barrier between workers and potential hazards.
The modular system means panels can be disassembled, stored and reconfigured at any time. Panel hooks simply slide into post receivers for a secure perimeter that is ready for use in minutes.
