The Alvarado MSTX-UPS Full Height Turnstile UPS Battery Backup is a purpose-built uninterruptible power supply designed to keep full-height turnstile systems operational during power outages. By providing reliable backup power to the turnstile, it helps maintain secure access control and continuous monitoring when the main electrical supply is interrupted, reducing the risk of unauthorized entry and process disruption in high-security environments.
Crafted specifically for Full Height Turnstile (Roto) systems, this UPS is intended to ensure that critical access-control functions remain active when commercial power is lost. Each unit is configured to support a single Roto turnstile, aligning with typical security-install configurations where uninterrupted control at individual entry points is essential. The design focuses on preserving turnstile operation rather than replacing the primary power source, offering a practical solution for facilities that require rapid resumption of access functions after a power event.
Suitable for manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, transportation hubs, and other environments where continuous access control is paramount, the MSTX-UPS helps prevent security breaches and access interruptions that could arise from temporary outages. Consider on-site maintenance planning to ensure battery health and readiness, and verify compatibility with existing Roto turnstile installations to ensure seamless integration with the facility’s access-control framework.
